broken game lobby

i've been sitting in a game lobby for 20mins the count down is finished and people can talk to each other and leave "the room" what is this and why is this happening i left the game lobby and it did not count towards my series and it did not show that i was in a game on 3rd party websites sorry about the 2nd screen in the screen shots
