I Can't play the Game - Please Help

I typically have trouble running the game for a few days after each patch, which is to be expecting as they work out bugs. This last patch has made the game unplayable. I've tried doing some reading and whatnot, but any update, change to a third party program, or any of the other fixes listed for solutions to the last patch problems don't seem to work.

I can log into the client just fine. Get into a lobby just fine. Load into champ select just fine. I hit the loading screen...

It takes about five minutes at 0% loaded. Then it shoots me into a game where I have 1-2 FPS with less than 20 ping.

I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this or if Riot has a hotfix on the way. I've read some things about the Anti-cheat software, which wouldn't apply, since I have no third party programs running while league is open.

I use a Windows processor and have plenty of Juice to run league. I haven't experienced anything like this since I tried loading League on a 10-year-old laptop on hotel Wifi in the middle of Oklahoma.

Any feedback is welcome, I'm willing to try anything at this point.
