ARAM: Reroll and Dodging

Before even if you used a reroll and someone else on the team dodged you would regain your reroll since you weren't the one that dodged. I just noticed that I rerolled and someone dodged but I didn't get my roll back...is this intended or a bug?

Its a bug. Your reroll WILL come back the following game. Just lost in cyberspace for now.

This is also on reddit right now as a known issue.

Edit: unless they were in your party if so you should know better.
