Small semi-annoying client issue.

So....Ever since I first installed League, while playing on NA, I have been unable to connect to the PvP.net chat servers, including the friends list function. I have uninstalled PandoMedia and disabled IP Helper, but the problem is still there. I messaged Riot serval times about this and nothing has been done so far. I am fairly certain it is a server side issue, because when I log into my EUW account on the same computer, the chat function works just fine. Rito, please help. And if any of my fellow summoners has any advice to share, please feel free to do so. Thank you.
