Ranked banner not showing up!

Last season (Season 5), I reached Plat. I waited until the end of the season update eager to receive the player banner, yet it never showed up. I waited and waited hoping that it was a possible bug soon to be fixed or something but it never did. It seems to be frustrating as players doubt my decisions in game, and I am now beginning to get angered over why I didn't receive the banner. I realize that it is in the new season, but it kind of makes me mad, especially since I worked hard getting to that point.
