[Client] Hextech chest - Opening box as queue pops

After experiencing this, some googling reveals this is a known issue and I was a bit of an ignoramus to have been in queue while opening a box.

Yesterday, I opened a chest while in queue with some friends, and the following happened after I entered the hextech page in the client:

1. I forged a key
2. I opened a chest, 150 orange dust came out, I clicked the ok button.
3. After clicking the OK button, a second item came out, it was a ward skin, although I do not remember which one
4. My queue pops before I press OK, I accept the queue and there is no longer a way to confirm what the item was, nor is it placed in my hextech inventory when I check the client after the game.

That's all I can think of as relevant to the issue.

I got to keep the 150 orange dust, but not the ward skin.
