client is glitched

So ever since I started to play league I've had this problem where sometimes in champ select it pauses where it just stays on one person while they choose even when they are finished picking their champ except for me, it just stays on them and counts down to zero and stops. My solution for this is to just toggle my internet connection which works. I tried redownloading but that didn't work. Then about a year ago I got a new computer and when I first tried league it happened again. However now sometimes the queue just doesn't pop and continues to count which then I have to toggle my internet connection. This isn't too bad but it is truly infuriating when I try to play with friends and the queue pops for everyone except myself and we have to restart.

This problem is really weird and is something to do with my wifi/router/internet/ (I don't know), and I would really like a solution for this really weird problem. The worst part about this bug is that it is random. Sometimes it works other times it doesn't with no real pattern.
