LoL causes my pc to beep and shut down

The current patch (on EUW) causes my PC to start beeping repeatedly and restart.

I had the same problem with Path of Exile at 3.9.0 release, which disappeared after they solved a lot of performance issues.

I run an old nvidia GTX 860m with i7-4700MQ with 16 Gb of RAM, but there was never any problem on LoL so far, or any other program than PoE 3.9.0.

Fans and heat sinks were cleaned less than 2 months ago.

Quitting lol during the beeping prevents the reboot.
