[CLIENT CRASH / BUG SPLAT] Champion Select! HELP!

My client constantly crashes at champion select, this happens every single time i go into champion select. I've been having this problem for over 1 year. Because of this i'm always on the Low Priority Q and always losing LP when i try to play ranked.

Recently its happening even more frequently and it's getting unbearable, can i get any help with this matter ?

I updated everything i could think of (graphics card drivers, directx,etc..). Hextech Repair tool didn't work. Re-installed the game over 10 times. Made sure Firewall wasn't blocking anything (i hope). My internet connection is solid and quite fast.
