Mouse Lockdown on Mac

Help me pls... Sometimes when I play my mouse will in a way will lockdown and everywhere i click to move will be an attack move I think atleast. I figure this out because my champion will move to the destination and everywhere i click the mouse clicks the ground in orange. Although thats not all i can't use most of the buttons on my keyboard either except skills and enter to start chatting. I can't even press escape to exit the game. i also can't press space bar to make my camera move to center my champion. Last of all i can't press the buttons above the minimap to open menu, nor can i press anything in the store because except things that are already being shown. I can use skills but can't level them up. Anyways this is an extremely frustrating occurrence that is only fixed my alt tab and quit program. This is game breaking so hard I'm so lucky it hast happened in ranked but perhaps it happened once.
