Rerolls don't come back after somebody leaves queue

I'm using the new client playing in ARAM. Got a champ I didn't like and I had 2 rerolls available so rerolled and got a champ I liked and not long after somebody left placing me back into queue. I get into new lobby to find I now only have 1/2 rerolls instead of the 2/2 I should have for somebody else leaving queue
