Blinking icons

Dear Riot,

When I created game (5v5 - blind pick) and invited friends, i have noticed they icons and text under icons started to blink. It stopped untill we joined the lobby. One more thing I have noticed is low sound. Even when I max my sound, it stays the same, but only on alerts, spells and champion's talking.
