Logging on takes too long then it says unkown error

i have i problem with my logging in thing, when i log in it takes too long then it just says "Unkown error has occurred sorry about that,We've sent a report to the server " i reinstall the game and waited too long but its not fixed yet i even tryed to do the windows update some guys told me that but its still not fixed please help !!

same issues. i get error codes in champ select, forces me to dodge and now i have a 30 min dodger penalty. every time. i can't play!
