Hey, Riot, Syndra's "E" (Scatter the Weak) is sending balls behind her character sprite now, so she's pretty unplayable.

I guess that's what you mean by untapped power, huh? Without her "E," she can't live long enough to do any damage.

You go ahead and release that skin, though, hehe.
