Is pantheon simply broken or not?

so i just played against a pantheon and his passive was blocking turret damage. is that a bug or is he just that broken? also he deals way to much damage with that stupid point and click ability. it feels like nids spears but i cant escape them

Yes, it is intended that his passive blocks turret attacks. IT won't block the laser turrets, though.

He is meant to block turret shots, it is in fact a mechanic, he is only dealing damage if you fed him(otherwise he runs out of mana), and if he is hitting you a bunch it is because your positioning is bad.
