Store bug: Rune page unlock

Recently, I saved up 6.3k ip to unlock a new rune page for soraka. Even though I currently have 6597 IP, the client doesn't let me unlock the new page at the store. I get both buttons grayed out (I don't have enough RP, but it's telling me I don't have enough IP either). Do I need to post a screenshot through a third party service?

Well, the problem seem to be fixed after I had to restart the client...
