[GAMEPLAY] Thresh grabs ward rubble

During a game i was playing as Leona and Thresh warded the bush i was in. I killed the ward the same time thresh threw out his hook. This caused thresh to grab his own ward rubble and not me!

Yeah, ward debris is targetable for a split second when it first appears. Any skill shots or traps can hit it. Its the worst for Teemos. Ward debris will destroy his mushrooms. He's video proof of the Thresh hook you're talking about (for other people) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nLsT3BNZ7mY

Had the same thing happen to me as Thresh a few days ago. I figured it was a bug but it sounds like Riot made this intentional?
