[GAMEPLAY] Camera lock bug

Me and my friends have found out that sometimes,if we tap the spacebar while dead,the camera locks on our champion on respawn and we need to die in order to get it to unlock.We have had this problem for a couple of years now but since we were on and off LoL we didn't report it thinking it would eventually get fixed sinced,to us,it seemed like a pretty easy-to-notice bug.
