League of Legends Not Interactive (Gameplay)

So i started a Ranked Game (Solo/Duo) and as soon as i entered it i couldn't do anything, like ANYTHING! Instead of the cursor being a golden arm glove (Classic LOL cursor) it was a regular cursor (A white arrow) and i couldn't move,use skills,use spells not even open the menu to look up the settings. Its like the game wasn't even interactive i couldn't do anything and first i checked to see if it was my PC but no. Other games i played were interactive and then i checked to log into another account but still nothing. So please can anyone help me out here cause i've seen more posts like this before on the Discussion page and i didnt think much of it. But now cause of this "error" i lost a ranked game and i got a leave buster (BECAUSE I COULDN'T DO LEGIT ANYTHING)!
