Zed can't throw shurikens :(

When you play zed the shuriken doesn't always throw. After you summon living shadow and use your razor shuriken sometimes it doesn't throw or register the ability. Mainly after you swap with your clone it doesn't use the ability so you can't kill.This is a concern since i main zed. I don't know if it is a bug or me. Thanks.
