Items sold during a short DC

About 5 minutes into a game, I DCed while reconnecting my Ethernet cord. During this 3-4 minute reconnect I came back to the game with only my Doran's shield starting item even though I had bought boots, ruby crystal, and a long sword. I'm still tilted.
