Not getting key fragments

I see some other people also complain about this and all the complaints are the same.

I got total of 4 key fragments, and since I got all of my chests (4) I haven't got a single key. It's been almost a week (5-6 days) and I've had more than 15 wins, meanwhile 3 of my friends got more than 10 keys. I'm sure that's a bug. I thought I'm just being super unlucky but I see more and more people say that after they got 4 chests they can't get a key so I don't think its just coincidence.

Nope. Apparently when you get your first key you're able to earn keys and the rate of drop, well, drops. Eventually you'll be at the point where you're not earning ANY keys what so ever. What do you think this is a charity? This is Riot Games we're talking about!

But I got only 4, while some of my friends got 15+, and they keep getting. This isn't seems right, especially when some other people also complains about getting 3-5 keys while they still have chest drops and after they receive all of their chest drops they doesn't get anymore keys.

Well like I'm not sure exactly how many key drops you'll get but like it will drop frequently at the start and then slow down to like pretty much 0 drop rate. You must've already gotten keys and your friends are just picking them up now I guess?

Listen, I'm telling you that they got 15+ keys and they keep getting, I got only 4. Plus, I got my first key a few days after they got it. After I got 4 chests, I hadn't got a single key for 1 week, and I got only a total of 4 keys so the rate drop isn't that low I guess if my friends got 15+ and STILL getting. This HAS to be a bug, because it happened to some other people as well after they got 4 chests. This is very very very unlikely to be a coincidence and us just being "unlucky".

I'm not an expert but I can tell you this; it's Riot Games we're talking about. For whatever reason your friends got more keys than you, I don't know. But knowing Riot, they don't do "free stuff" often. So maybe your friends were just lucky? Or maybe you're just unlucky. But it is definitely not a glitch.
