Casting Viktor's E outside the casting circle but towards yourself cancels it.

Steps to reproduce it. -Cast E anywhere outside your casting range. -"Second" cast the E towards yourself, or the place where you will stand to cast the spell.

Extra information.* -99.9% reproducible. The only time it fails is if you walk around something and the beginning cast point hits your cast circle before the end of the cast line hits it. -Not influenced by gamemode, map, skill level, smartcast or augmentation. *

I'm not sure how you think either instance is a bug. You must start the cast from within the range indicator. The laser can travel out of it but the furthest point from you at which it can be initiated is that range indicator.

Again neither image shows a cast that should work.

Actually, If I cast an E outside the circle away from myself (with neither point in the circle), I walk towards the spot and cast it. Casting it towards yourself, with the beginning outside the circle makes you walk towards it but it won't cast the spell. Casting the first cast it in the circle does allow you to cast it towards (or through) yourself.

What I expect is to walk towards the cast spot of the E and casting it toward myself. What happens is that I walk towards the casting line, and stop.
