[Gameplay] Viktor E bug.

Casting Viktor's E outside the casting circle but towards yourself cancels it.

Steps to reproduce it. -Cast E anywhere outside your casting range. -"Second" cast the E towards yourself, or the place where you will stand to cast the spell.

Extra information.* -99.9% reproducible. The only time it fails is if you walk around something and the beginning cast point hits your cast circle before the end of the cast line hits it. -Not influenced by gamemode, map, skill level, smartcast or augmentation. *
