Golden Luner Revel Token——Guqin Sona

Plz, I need help. I use my golden revel token to get a Guqin Sona. But I cannot use it in the games. It says I haven't this skin. Both in the store, it shows I don't own that skin. But in the loot, when I click the golden revel token, it says that skin, Guqin Sona, is owned. I only get icon. Not the skin. Thx.
