[Game Play] Jax's E Counterstrike does not cause Nasus's Q Siphoning Strike

In the 5.22 patch note under the systems article, it clearly states that if the empowered basic attack, such as Nasus's Q Siphoning Strike, misses it will not do any damage or apply any effect on its target. However, Jax's E Counterstrike, which causes empowered basic attacks that targets him to miss, does not cause Nasus's Q to miss.
