[GAMEPLAY] Yasuo windwall wasn't working properly

Well I was playing Yasuo last game and the windwall just seemed to be bugged. After like the 4th or 5th cast windwall function simply ceased to exist (the projectile block part). The visuals was up but it let through every projectile. It happened 2 times first with Jinx minigun AA-s second time with Fizz ultimate. I was playing with the High noon skin. Please check out asap.
