Loss of Loot after new update?!

Hi there, After my client updated recently I have realized that I have lost every single of loot I had accumulated including essence, skins, icons, etc. I am unsure if this is a common occurrence for other but I am unfortunately extremely disappointed about this. I had just recently opened a butcher urgot skin shard and I was saving all of my essences for possibly unlocking more valuable skins later on down the road. Any help would be extremely appreciated!
