I can't start another game, and it just keeps reconnecting me to the previous TFT game after i relog

So I've noticed this for a few weeks now and thought it would just get patched, but after 9.14 hit i haven't seen anything on it yet. So after games of TFT, after i lose and get dropped out, i will exit the game. no big deal, i'll launch another. it won't let me go into another game for some reason, says the attempt to join queue failed! alright, alright, maybe it's just something minor. i'll re-log and see if that fixes it. nope! it legit starts loading me BACK into the TFT game i already left from. this happens every single time i play the game mode. if i'm playing with friends i don't care because i usually stay in the whole game anyway, but if not then i have to actually wait till the entire game ends until i can launch another one. i don't know if i have to just repair the download or something, but it happens to my friends too so i know i'm not the only one.
