Problem with the Leavebuster

This problem was bugging me after the season 9 came. So the problem is that when my internet connection sometimes stop working for some reasons, I suppose, and reconnect the match after 2-3 minutes I am given a Leavebuster. I was playing in that time so I dont understand. I hope we can discuss this serious matter.
