stupid skin rerolling

To whom it may concern,

Today, after months and months of waiting I was finally able to reroll select skin shards into skin permanent (previously I had been granted legacy skin shards not worth risking the reroll). It is hard enough to get chests nowadays with needing to play a variety of champions and someone getting an S-. Not even worth to go purchase champions for the chest after getting most of possible chests. Months ago I rerolled, receiving blood knight hecarim - I was annoyed to say the least as I never play Hec and the skin is not my liking. Today, I recieved the same skin from the reroll months later. My buddies over discord no doubt still have ringing ears from my reaction. I dont know if the algorithim has certain skins much easier to get than others or if my game is glitched and this is the only skin I will receive. whatever the case, it is stupid and needs to be fixed (same w fizz).
