reconnect problem

When i start a game my loading screen wont pop up. Instead i get "reconnect" on my screen but when i click it nothing happens.

does anyone know how to fix this?

Edit: Bitdefender was blocking the client. I had exclude C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Game\League of Legends.exe

Still not workin for me even ALL Riot Applications are added to Bitdefender exclusion list.

Hi, if you have this problem and use Bitdefender, check out Praiodred's answer in this thread! Excluded C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Game\League of Legends.exe yesterday and it worked for one game, now there's a new patch and it doesn't work again.

I don't have damn bitdefender, even when I uninstalled my AVG firewall, my game still wont connect and I have been issued a leave buster [zombie-brand-facepalm] [zombie-brand-mindblown] [zombie-nunu-bummed]
