League client bug? or my client?

my league client keeps saying that it will patch the latest version of league but it doesn't and it keeps on saying it over and over again then it says there was a problem with the patching and we will reset the client, i click reset and it does it OVER AGAIN IDK WHAT TO DO!

What worked for me: Change pc clock back 24 hours (must keep it there unfortunately)
