Lately i've been getting fps drops after 15 minutes, it goes from 150-200 to around 30, but I don't know what's wrong, so if anyone could help me, I would happily appreciate it:D

Actually it cold be and probably is. CPU could be overheating or downclocking due to damage/incorrectly seated cooler. RAM could be underclocked, GPU could be in a slow PCIe slot.
On to software: OS or drivers could be causing issues independent of hardware, and so could software like an overlay or antivirus. The game itself could also be corrupted due to drive damage or a failed patch.
