Demoted due to inactivity

Was just demoted due to being "inactive"

It says "You have become inactive in a ranked solo queue. Playing a ranked solo queue game prevents this."

However I was demoted after playing a ranked game. I've also been playing ranked for the whole week. Mind you I haven't been doing well but why am i getting an "inactive" notification? Link to a Photo of the notification
