Runes Page Bug

I haven't used some of my runes they are sitting in my runes inventory. I want to use them but i can't this has been going on for the past week or so. Whenever I click on my lets say mark runes it doesn't show up, but whenever i like triple click or something like that they show up for like a half a second and disappear. This is very intimidating, and I hope you guys fix this issue.
