Didn't recieve level 15 level up rewards

Hi! I recently hit level 15 and was greeted with the usual page telling me I had received a champion capsule. However, when I went to my loot page there was no capsule there. I tried restarting the game client, but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
