Rek'sai Bug causing her underground abilities to not appear + minor visual bug.

I've been experiencing this bug several times while playing Rek'sai since the new patch (5.4). Sometimes while underground as Rek'sai I still have all of her above ground abilities. I have normal vision rather than the limited vision I'd usually have underground with Rek'sai. This has caused me to burrow and enter a team fight with plans to knock someone up and then be unable to (as my ability bar will show her above ground abilities). This is some sort of error where it is not recognizing she is underground...

EDIT:

1. Play Rek'sai
2. Go underground
3. Not recognized as being underground, therefore still have all above-ground abilities Has happened to me at least once in every Rek'sai game I've played since 5.4 (I play her almost every match).

Minor visual bug on her skin: When knocking someone up, she no longer has a red circle under her target, but it has been reverted back to her normal skin (purple circle). This happens about 80% of the time while using the skin. Sometimes it is red, but usually it is purple. EDIT:

1. Play Rek'sai with skin
2. Go underground and knock up a target
3. Have purple circle under target rather than red circle.
