Why Bilgewater icon is not included in Faction Set in the Icon Tab ?
I just realized that Bilgewater icon is not included in Faction Set
In fact, its name is not "Bilgewater Icon" but "Serpent Crest Icon" and can be found in the Bilgewater section.
Since we are not getting a new Bilgewater icon, and this is THE bilgewater icon, it should be moved to "Factions" Sections.
to sum up, bilgewater icon is missing in the Faction set and should be moved to there.
