Yorick Q Ghoul spawn bug

I activated Q (which is only possible when you have 3 or more Souls around you) but walked out of distance of one of those 3 souls... Problem is, I still activated Q and only had 2 Ghouls (that shouldn't be).. Whole thing can be seen in the video... I was on TS, the weird sound is from a friend :D
