game crash after chap selection and can't reconnect

Hello: My game is keep crashing after chap selection, it crash immediately and it wont reconnect no matter how many times 'reconnect' that i press. I have this problem almost a week, dont know how to fix it. Haven't been try so many difference ways. Such as delete log files in RAD\solution...\deploy, turn off all firewall, cleaning friend and ignore list... etc

HELP!!!
