Banned

Hey Guys. I haven't been playing league for a while due to a lot of bugs that have been going down on my end. I will go into ranked games and none of my abilities would work or my d/f. So, I know I got reported for that, but it was two weeks ago. I get back on and it says my account is banned. I have no information on why it was banned, for how long, and ect. I have been reporting bugs to report about the issues I am having, but it is making me depressed knowing I am banned from their mistakes... I have college competition coming soon and I need my account up and active. Please help me! Thank you
