Log in issues

"You have tried logging in too many times in a short period of time . Please wait a while before retrying."- Whenever I try to log in to my account , this message shows up . Even if I try to log in after 5 hours this doesn't change . I disconnect my internet connection , reconnect internet connection and try again but this message shows up again . I restart my pc and try to log in again but this this problem doesn't go away ... I need a proper solution . Please help me out ..!
