[CLIENT] Just received a penalty for dodging a ranked queue when the champ select was frozen.

Champ select was frozen. It finally unfreezes, I'm in a lobby with my duo partner and I have a 30 minute penalty. I will not continue to play this game if I continue to receive penalties for things that are completely out of my control. You need to fix your client, you need to fix your server. People can deny the fact that your server is horrid all they like. That's perfectly fine, but they are in denial to the fact that your server is in actual fact, horrid. I never have bandwidth drops with my ISP. I've never once had any sort of issue whatsoever with my ISP. I only have this problem when I play League of Legends specifically. So it is NOT my ISP. Think of it like this Riot, I am not just a person that plays your game. I am a CONSUMER, CUSTOMER, whatever you may want to call it. And I'm currently not happy with your product. I'm tired of this Riot, fix it, fix it now.
