Unable to play one of my favorite games.

Why am I unable to even enter a champ select screen now? Well you see, I enter queue and wait... and wait... and then suddenly I hear the very loud sound, but there is no option to accept the queue. And then it goes back to the lobby and says I declined. WHAT?! This happened 4 TIMES! Then when i finally was able to accept, I can't usually get past the champ select without it glitching and not letting me pick/ban champs and then the game crashes. This has happened so many times in the past month (roughly), that I am in the 20 minute queue with the same glitches and bugs. I am sorry, but Rito, I just don't have that many hours between my work and sleep to play a single game (maybe). I beg you, I need help. I really wanted to start playing more ranked this season to test myself.
