Champion movement bug at the start of every game

At the start of everything game I have played, no matter the champion, my character glitches or maybe to better explain it "frame skips" around and it kinda just skips your guy actually walking to the spot you click. It stops pretty much when it says "Minions spawn". It may to it a few more times afterwards but by the time minions get to lane it's done doing it. If it didn't stop every game it would literally be unplayable. This has been happening for maybe about a week now. I don't really wanna to reinstall but I may have to lol

Same thing happens to me and a friend of mine, on separate computers of course. I think it has something to do with the flashy spawn now. Not really sure. Anyways It isn't that big of a deal, since it always stops for me around the time the barrier comes down to leave spawn.

I've noticed if I click around AS SOON as you spawn in, it happens more noticeably. If you don't click before the barrier comes down, it mostly doesn't happen to me.

Has been happening for a long time, a month or two.

Same exact issue happens to me for the past two weeks. Except sometimes it lasts until 3 minutes in. It also only happens when I play in full screen mode and not border less or Windowed. Change the screen mode and see if it goes away. Not the fix I want but it can help Riot narrow down the bug.
