Veigar Event Horizon

So I was playing some ranked games as and noticed that 's W went through 's E. 's W is a dash, reactivating it is a blink. But her Dash goes through anyway. I this a bug? Because I thought in patch 5.6 all dashes was to stop at the edge of Event Horizon.
