Game won't connect

I have tried to reconnect to the game from the start, the game won't start. We choose our champions then when the time comes to start the game, it says reconnect.

No matter what I do, I changed my IP address via a VPN and restarted my router and nothing happens. When I click on reconnect it does not allow the game to start.
