Vayne Condemn bugged against J4?? [GAME]

Hey! It seems that right before J4 is about to ult and you condemn him nothing seems to happen, no knock-back or stun or anything. It's as if it's making a spell. J4 just stands there and takes it like a man as if it just tickled him.

I'm fairly certain J4 is unstoppable during his ult animation.
