My account's honor level is glitched. It has not moved since the honor system was started.

My account's honor system has stayed at honor level 2, with 1 checkpoint, since the honor system has existed. I have played hundreds, if not thousands of games, and my honor level has stayed exactly the same. I have received hundreds of honors from teammates over this period of time. As far as I am aware I have not received any penalty or been punished for any violation. I am convinced that my honor level is stuck for some reason, as i find it very hard to believe that it would not move over hundreds - thousands of games.

Riot, please take a look at my case, and review the situation for yourselves. Is my honor level glitched, or is it just moving extremely slowly (not one checkpoint has been gained or lost since the honor system came out)?
