connection

how come i can do evrything on my computer on internet and my leauge says im offline? i just tried 3 times in a row to start a game. i get in the lobby, i declare my champ, i bann a champ, i wait for my turn to lock in. here is where it al goes wrong. or i press lock in and my button turns grey or i even cant lock in bcuz my button iis already grey. this is weird because i am playing on cable whit a normal stable internet connection. its verry enoying. verry verry verry enoying. we had about 3 dodge timers thanks to this. and i just wanna play a game of leauge. pls someone hhelp me whit this problem. Its not that i don't now anything about computers but if i can search things and stream a video from yt then i think normaly can lock in a champ in the lobby?

i hope someone reads this and can give me an anwser .
